Victorian French travelling theatre.
An Unusual French Glass Travelling theatre box dating back to c.1880 with bevelled glass all the way around and acid edged drapes hanging from each corner across the front of the door with a clown to the front centre in gilt spelter. The box has brass wheels and a brass frame, open the glass door to see four gilt glasses but it would have originally come with four perfume bottles.
A very rare and unusual display box unfortunately there is few chips and dinks in the box.
