William IV Sarcophagus Rosewood Jewellery Box.
A classic example of a William IV Rosewood Jewellery box dating back to c.1835, featuring a mother of pearl and pewter decorative inlaid design and a mother of pearl key escutcheon. The box sits on four rosewood feet and had two ring handles to the sides, it has a fully working lock and tasselled key. The box houses it’s original tray that has been relined with a beautiful handcrafted marble paper the same as the rest of rest of the box.

It measures 30.1 x 22 and stands 13 cm high.
