Superb William IV Victorian Coromandel fully fitted Vaniety Box.
A fine quality vanity box in beautifully grained, richly coloured coromandel wood so typical of the fashion in the mid 1800's for fine items. The box dates back to c.1830
The Vaniety box is in excellent condition The lid has a brass floral cartouche to the top and to the front.
Internally there is a complete range of original crystal glass pots and bottles and jars each with there own silver plated fitted top or cover. There is a full size mirror fitted in the lid which is also in excellent condition for its age.
The box also includes a complete manicure set with several different tools all with mother of Pearl handles. Carefully lift the tray by handles to reveal space to the underneath.
The box features a front shallow draw in the base with a working lock and key.

The box measures 30.5 x 23 and stands 16 cm high.
