Victorian Mother Of Pearl and Abalone Inkstand.
A stunning Victorian mother of pearl inkstand edged in abalone, dating back to c.1867, complete with two beautiful crystal inkwells in perfect condition apart from a tiny crack to the inside of one. The inkstand sits on four coquilla feet, it has bone sections for the inkwells and a bone section for the nibs to the centre with an engraving “Presented to SF Bridge Esq MD by the family of the late Mrs Caroline March 1867”
A stunning decorative piece in perfection condition.
The inkstand measures 26 x 19 and stands 4cm high.
